Configure any fee structure — multiple fee heads, fixation by programme and batch, concessions, and scholarships. Students pay online via CCAvenue or ICICI EazyPay; receipts are generated automatically, and finance teams get a real-time payment dashboard.

OneERP's HR module syncs the staff directory live from Zoho People, ensuring that role assignments, department structures, and contact information are always current. No manual data entry; changes in Zoho People are reflected in OneERP automatically.

OneERP integrates directly with ZKTeco biometric devices across campus. Enrol fingerprints and faces, sync attendance records automatically, and reconcile biometric data with the academic attendance module — eliminating proxy attendance and manual registers.

OneERP's notification engine connects to three delivery channels — Kaleyra for SMS, AWS SES for transactional email, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications — ensuring every stakeholder is reached regardless of their preferred channel.

Rather than replacing existing systems, OneERP integrates with them. Live connections to Google Workspace, Canvas LMS, Zoho People, and the payment gateways mean data flows automatically between platforms — with OneERP as the connective layer.

The Auto Schedule module eliminates manual timetabling. Given a registration form, the CSP greedy solver assigns each course section to a (day × time slot × room) combination in one pass — scoring each candidate slot against a deterministic function and backtracking only when a hard constraint is violated. The result is a conflict-free timetable in seconds.

An AI layer built natively into OneERP, powered by Krea University's own Small Language Model (SLM). Designed to deliver intelligent campus assistance, document summarisation, and decision support — without sending institutional data to third-party AI providers.
