ℹ️General

Krea University OneERP is a unified campus management platform covering identity and access, student management, academics, fee collection, hostel, helpdesk, assets, placement, HR, biometric attendance, notifications, and third-party integrations — all built by Krea's internal Software Developer Center.
OneERP is available to all Krea University stakeholders — students, faculty, administrative staff, and management. Access is controlled by roles, so each user sees only the modules and data relevant to them.
OneERP was designed and built entirely by Krea University's internal Software Developer Center — a team of engineers who understand the university's specific workflows. There is no third-party vendor.
Flutter (cross-platform UI), Go (backend APIs), MySQL (database), Redis (caching), Python (automation), PHP (web services), deployed on Google Cloud Platform and AWS.

🔐Sign-in & Access

You can sign in using your Krea Google account (Google Sign-in via OAuth 2.0) or via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Both methods use JWT tokens for secure session management.
Yes. OneERP supports Google OAuth 2.0 Sign-in using your Krea University Google Workspace account (@krea.edu.in email).
Each user in OneERP is assigned a role (student, faculty, admin, warden, etc.) that determines which modules and data they can access. A student, for example, can view their own fees and attendance but cannot access HR records.

🎓Students

Student profiles are created during admission and include personal details, programme enrolment, batch assignment, and contact information. Students can view and update select profile fields themselves.
Yes. OneERP generates digital ID cards for enrolled students, which can be accessed via the mobile app or downloaded as a PDF.

📖Academic

Students can view their real-time attendance records in the Academic module of the OneERP app, broken down by course and date. Alerts are sent automatically when attendance falls below the required threshold.
OneERP integrates with Canvas LMS to synchronise course enrolments, academic calendars, and grades. This means faculty manage courses in one platform and data flows automatically into OneERP.

💳Fees & Payments

Go to the Fees section in OneERP, select your outstanding dues, and proceed to payment. You will be redirected to the payment gateway (CCAvenue or ICICI EazyPay). A receipt is generated automatically on successful payment.
OneERP supports online fee payment through CCAvenue and ICICI EazyPay.
Yes. Fee receipts are generated automatically after each payment and can be downloaded as a PDF from the Fees section of the OneERP app at any time.

🏠Hostel

Wardens allocate rooms to students through the Hostel module. The system handles roommate agreement generation, check-in and check-out workflows, and provides real-time occupancy reports.

🖐️Biometric Attendance

OneERP integrates directly with ZKTeco biometric devices installed on campus. Students and staff enrol their fingerprint or face on the device. Attendance is captured automatically when they scan in and is synced to OneERP, where it is reconciled with the academic attendance module.
OneERP currently integrates with ZKTeco biometric devices, supporting both fingerprint and facial recognition enrolment and scanning.

🔔Notifications

OneERP delivers notifications through three channels: SMS via Kaleyra, transactional email via AWS SES, and push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Notifications are triggered by system events such as fee reminders, low attendance alerts, and helpdesk updates.

🔗Integrations

OneERP integrates with: Google Workspace (authentication & calendar), Canvas LMS (academic data), Zoho People (HR/staff directory sync), CCAvenue & ICICI EazyPay (fee payments), Kaleyra (SMS), AWS SES (email), Firebase FCM (push notifications), and ZKTeco (biometric devices).
OneERP's HR module syncs the staff directory automatically from Zoho People. Any updates to employee records in Zoho People are reflected in OneERP without manual data entry.

📱Mobile App

Yes. OneERP is available as a native Android app on the Google Play Store and as an iOS app on the App Store. It is also available as a Progressive Web App at oneerp.krea.edu.in.

🎫Support

Submit a ticket at support.krea.edu.in. You can also raise tickets directly from the Helpdesk module within the OneERP app. Tickets are routed to the right team and tracked with SLA enforcement.
